Chef Anthony Mezzetti

Since he was 14, Anthony Mezzetti, found out that the restaurant business was his life’s dream. He started as a busboy and has climbed the ladder ever since.

He spend three years under the mentorship of Bill Pouirier at Sonsie on Newbury Street. From there he worked at Tommy Doyle’s in Harvard Square. At the age of 24 he felt it was time to fly and opened his first restaurant in Hyde Park, the Fairmont Grille, which is still thriving.
